Description
The Supreme Lord, Sriman Narayana, is the source, creator, sustainer and destroyer of all universes. Maha-Lakshmi is a form of the Divine Mother, the Mother of All, caring for each and everything in creation. She is an example of perfect service to God.
This murti is the classic depiction of the Supreme Lord Narayana with His eternal consort, Maha-Lakshmi. He rests upon the great serpent, Adishesha, while His wife, Maha-Lakshmi, presses His Feet.
