Description
The Nada Kriya sticks are handcrafted wooden tools made from the wood of maple trees, designed to withstand years of dedicated practice. These robust instruments are built to last a lifetime, making them a meaningful investment in your spiritual journey.
They are traditionally used for the Nada Kriya practice from Atma Kriya Yoga.
It consists of a long, smooth handle that stands on the floor and supports a flat wooden bar where the elbows rest during the Nada Kriya practice.
To assemble it, you simply join the two pieces that form the flat platform and then screw in the long stick that holds them together, allowing the bar to support gentle weight from the elbows. The handle also has an adjustable function, so you can make the stick longer or shorter according to your preferred height.
The base has a soft padded end that prevents scratching and ensures the stick can be placed safely and securely on the floor.
They are handmade in the ashram of Shree Peetha Nilaya.
The original cotton bag is included in the price.
