VITTHALA & BHAKTI SAINTS

This scene is Paramahamsa Vishwananda’s version of the famous painting of Vitthala carrying all the Maharashtrian saints. Although they were all different in many ways, they all had the Lord. This image is a beautiful reminder of the power of association to lift us up and carry us. The Lord was walking among them, carrying them in their daily lives, just like Guruji carries us and is showing us the way to become saints in our own right. Not later, but now!
